Description: An excellent 8 1/4" bronze mold for a rattail pewter spoon. Probably 18th-century but could be early 19th century.
Condition: A decent mellow exterior patina and wonderful dark patina on the inside. The pin on the inside of the handle is worn and the opposing hole is filled with pewter (?). Otherwise, very good. |
