Estate Solutions:
Estate Sale Management: We take care of it all! For a percentage of the gross sales, we’ll sort, organize, advertise and conduct a sale. We leave your home broom clean & ready for the real estate market.
Estate Appraisals to Satisfy Legal or IRS Requirements: At an hourly rate, we inventory & photograph estate property and provide a formal document with images for your lawyer or the IRS.
Brokering/Consignment Service: We will sell selected fine items through our shop, our web site, and at shows & book fairs nationwide.
Disbursement Advice (Fine Art & Antiques): Our knowledgeable staff will assist you in determining what is trash and what is treasure, what is to be sold, what is to be donated, and which venues are the most appropriate for items that need to be sold.
Evaluations:
Formal written appraisals are available at an hourly rate. These can be used for estate tax, insurance, equitable distribution, or domestic purposes.
We offer free verbal market value estimations of antiques, fine art, ephemera, rare books, manuscripts and a whole range of decorative & collectible accessories. Please call (518 449-5414) in advance before bringing items to us.
